Welcome to the Law Office of Julie A. Ostil. I am a sole practitioner in the area of disability access and disability rights. My office is in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I practice throughout the State of California. I focus on representing physically disabled persons who have been discriminated against at, or denied access to, public locations, such as wheelchair users denied an accessible restroom or entrance at a store or other business, or a person denied access to a restaurant because they are accompanied by a service animal. In disability access cases, I work solely on a contingency fee basis, collecting my fees from the defendant if a case is successfully concluded through litigation or settlement. I take no portion of my client’s damages.
